What Airsoft Gun Should I buy?
"What Gun Should I Buy?"
So you just got shot for the first time with an Airsoft gun , and you realize its kind of cool. Granted this game isnt a kid's game as long as you play it right. First off understand in most states that this game is played , its MILSIM.
Understand for OPEN Field play try to keep your FPS at 350 - 400 FPS (Feet Per Second)
CQB - (Close Quarters Battle) - 300 FPS -350 FPS. with .20 gram bbs.
(Using Single Fire in a CQB environment. Its much safer and your buds will thank you for it.
Always Understand Weight on a gun matters. Most will be 5lbs -12-14lbs without bb's or batteries.
The more Attachements you add - the heavier it will be. Most outside attachments really do you no good in an Airsoft environment. Yes it makes your weapon look bad ass but doesnt do you any good =).
The more you get into airsoft the more gear you will get. I will post info Blogs on do's and Don't and maybe some of you will learn some of the things I know and not be such a noob the first time you play with LEO's or real SWAT officers, or Military persons.
I play with them for the most part because you will get the best feel for what you are doing. AIRSOFT can be BACKYARD as you want but once you have Played for 20 + Hour OP's with 600 - 750 combatants in a weekend you will not feel so Backyard.
Till next time. -TweakRanger OUT.

Military Simulation. Not Walmart Specials
Yes - Its a simulation of military combat.
It's Not Speedball (Paintball). Its not CoD of Battlefield 3.
It's Not Speedball (Paintball). Its not CoD of Battlefield 3.
This is a guide for the noob in us all. I mean everyone has to start somewhere right? With that being said your number one piece of gear should be your weapon.
Safety Gear and water should be an automatic.
(Goggles , Hydration kit or bottle of water depending on your funds, and something to hold your BB's and Mags.)
Look we all started somewhere.
-Decide what kind of style you want .
- SUBmachine gun
- Heavy Machine gun
- Assault rifle
- DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle)
- Shotgun (CQB)
This is a very important step people. If you dont like your weapon you will not continue to play. You have to decide if you like it. Don't spend more than 200 bucks on your first weapon. It will break eventually and you will need to make lots of choices on your gear , guns and guts. Guts because depending on the type of player you are will determine your weapons style and respect level on a field.
